Capriotti's Sandwich Shop

I spent $56 on 3 sandwiches. they had hardly done anything on them, they were very bad. the money was not worth it. very disappointed. they have beautiful enticing pictures of their sandwiches advertised, it will look the whole opposite when they get it.

The worst customer service I've seen before. In summary, when I came to the front counter, the casser did not recognize my annoyance and did not ask how he could help? Finally, I told him I have an online order. he asked what kind of grill chips I wanted? I reacted with what kind of children?' he did not answer the question and went on the back of the load instead. then a type came in (which ended me and another customer, his brother) was back a wallet that had forgotten the same cash. after that he came forward with a command, ordered them from grub hub, I said no, he leaves the same order in the writing. while I wait for my order, which should be done as they were busy with 4 people and it was after the time frame that the online estimate gave, the same cashier asked if I needed something? I said I wait for my order to which he reacted that he already told me that the order he brought from the back of the load to the recipe was mine. but he did not mention the name on the recited, so how I should know it was mine? the sandwich is good. but I wouldn't come back soon. *please get her s**t together.

Literally the BEST sandwich I've ever had. I got the Wagyu beef cheese steak sandwich with hot peppers and I will be returning for more!!!

Waited 45 min for 3 sandwiches. Watched 10-15 people get there food after ordering after me just to find out that my order was sitting back behind the counter. Got home to cold food, so not worth the money or time. Service has really gone down hill for them.

I LIVE IN CEDAR RAPIDS. IM FROM PHILLY. WHEN I MOVED HERE IN 2021 CAPPYS HAD THE BEST CHEESE STEAK (JUST LIKE THE CAPPYS IN DELAWARE. I HAVENT BEEN THERE IN A YEAR OR 2 BECAUSE THEY STARTED TO GO DOWN HILL WHEN THE CHANGED THE ROLL. (ITS WHAT MAKES THE SANDWHICH PEOPLE WELL I WENT BACK YESTERDAY. .....THE ABSOLUTE WORST CHEESE STEAK I EVER EATEN IN MY LIFE.ITS TIME FOR CAPPYS TO LOCK THE DOORS
