Burger King - Cedar Rapids

The experience would have been improved if they didn't have a strict policy at the register for charging extra for ranch dressing if customers didn't order nuggets. This happened every time and made the overall experience less enjoyable.

I wish I could have a zero rating. I stopped today at my lunch break and everything I could hear from one of the young in the kitchen area was nothing else than swearing to any other word and humiliating another employee. also the one who cut off the other guy, said he hopes that the guy will be burned, so that he can laugh at him, and all the others laugh and sneak over his comments. I'll never sit down there again, as no one should be treated like that.

I just wish that the car-dru staff was a little nicer, was sent to window 3 immediately, no one behind us, beautiful look at a warehouse look!

They are so sweet! Today my son and I went through the drive-thru to be able to eat breakfast before school. my order was ready when I came into the window to pay, and the young lady who served me was so cheerful and even offered my son a crown to wear! 10/10 customer service, many thanks to the employees of edgewood rd, to be so nice to their customers!

I recently had dinner and I tried the most amazing double whopper of my life.
