I want to be completely honest. A bartender named Amanda couldn't locate her phone, so she called it—only to find it sitting on my purse. I would never bring someone I care about to that place. When I asked to review the security footage to identify what happened, she said they were too busy and that "injuries happen," which really didn't sit well with me. I'm not the type of person to cause an accident, and it feels wrong to make an innocent person look guilty in this situation. They should check the cameras.
I have visited this bar on two occasions and enjoyed both experiences. One visit was on a quiet night, while the other was during a bustling holiday evening. Both times, the atmosphere was friendly and welcoming! I can't wait to come back and support this business again!
Last night, after the Shinedown concert, I visited this restaurant and had a fantastic experience. The bartender, David, was incredible and truly charming! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the drinks were really affordable. I would definitely return! I give this place a perfect 10 out of 10!
This place is the place to be! Amanda, Trey and the whole team at Basix are wonderful! Trey makes any night a fun night! Come see all of them, it'll be worth it!
