Was Regina Spurgin at Arby's a mag?
I really enjoy the crinkle-cut fries at this restaurant. They are consistently hot and you get a good portion for only $1 during happy hour. The $1 slider sandwiches, with chicken and roast beef, are served on fresh and tasty buns with cheese. Their chocolate shakes are a favorite of mine and they never seem to run out of them. What Maurine Schmitt dislikes about Arby's:
Manager was flustered when we asked about the size of a lemonade and then got upset and just handed us a larger lemonade when it was just a question. Got home to eat one sandwich was suppose have bacon we asked for no tomato but then they forgot everythingelse on the sandwich. Been to the drive-thru twice. Last year and this year. I like the roasted beef sandwich.

Out of 4 sandwiches and 1 wrap, only 1 sandwich was edible, the rest were so poorly slapped together that they were falling apart as I unwrapped them qnd the wrap looked like somebody ripped it apart with their hands, we could also hear the cookscreaming obscenities at another employee about our order while the window was open and my 4 year old son was in the car. Won'tbe going back and I would recommend finding elsewhere to eat.

Went through the drive-thru that particular time. Server wasn't speaking very loud so there was confusion on what the order was. My daughter alternated a shake for a pop on the combo when we got our order we were handed to shakes driver pulls off and I findout that it wasn't alternated that I was charged for the two shakes. My roast beef was good and the shake was delicious

Food was good, staff was busy ,but friendly. Parking lot looked like a trash bag exploded lol place all around was ok, some tables were cleaned off and wiped down, and some look like they been sat at and eaten on and left for hours without beingcleaned. Overall I'd give this place a 3/5 rating
