If you... read more It's a roll of the dice, where the house always wins. Generally, you wait over 15 minutes for a meal, which is fine for most times if you plan around it. If you frequent this location, you will fall to the issue where you really got a bad hand and will wait over 45 minutes for one meal. I wish things are better, but simply put; be ready for disappointment and hope to be pleasantly surprised.

Since the company changed ownership, the quality of the food and service has significantly declined, and they appear to have no interest in making improvements. It's frustrating to see a beloved Texas institution sink to such low standards. I won't be going back; it's a shame that Whataburger no longer seems dedicated to providing the quality we used to appreciate.
