We arrived at 1:30 with 40 people from a church youth lock-out. They made 40 shakes, and took numerous other orders. It was such a smooth process, and everyone had a great time! View all feedback.
What Barb Bonney doesn't like about Whataburger:
They made me use the order board, then actually took orders from people behind me in line. I wanted tomatoes on my burger, it showed I had added it on the board. I asked to be sure, was told tomatoes come on the whataburger anyway. And of course, gothome, NO tomatoes. Burger was cold, tasteless. Worst burger ever. It does take awhile for the food, due to them being understaffed but i get fast food is tough. The food is always good and fresh and the guy at the window is there almost every time i go and is so sweet and respectful. If you?re impatient this whataburgeris not for you but they always serve very yummy food and is worth the wait. :
I was required to use the order board, but then they took orders from people behind me in line. I requested tomatoes on my burger, and the order board confirmed that I had added them. I double-checked and was told that tomatoes come standard on a Whataburger. Of course, when I got home, there were no tomatoes. The burger was cold and tasteless—definitely the worst burger I've ever had. Do better, Whataburger; you're losing a loyal customer of 60 years. Mr. Dobson would be rolling in his grave. This is what happens when you sell out to Californians. Yuck.
The staff here are generally very pleasant and always maintain a positive attitude! However, I've noticed that the women tend to have a bit of an attitude issue. It would be nice if they could at least pretend to enjoy their jobs. I understand times are challenging, but a little kindness and a smile go a long way. I almost decided to leave because when I asked for a new cup, one of the women scowled at me. I kindly made my request, so it was disheartening to receive that response. I'm particularly cautious about cleanliness since I've had COVID three times this year, so I'm just trying to take care of myself.
This is the least impressive Whataburger in the area. They consistently have a lot of staff, yet they don’t seem to know how to handle orders efficiently. I live nearby, but I will no longer be visiting this location.
