I frequent this place on my lunch. Super quick and yummy food. Doesn't just have smoothies! They offer wraps, salads, sandwiches and flatbreads. I usually get the mango madness smoothie and Chipotle chicken or chicken pesto flatbread. My co worker usually gets the banana crunch flatbread. It's pb, banana, granola, and honey I think. Food was good, service was definitely not good. I'm a big fan of Tropical Smoothie Cafe, but don't normally visit this location. My order took much longer than normal and then smoothies arrived 5 or more minutes AFTER the food. I had to ask for our smoothies twice, before getting them. Check your bags when ordering takeout. They will short you if you’re not paying attention.
Have no idea where the negative reviews are coming from. I've gone here for lunch pretty much every single Monday through Friday for the past year or so, they haven't let me down a single time. Fantastic customer service, great food, and great prices. 11/10
Wonderful customer service with healthy tasteful food i got the avocolada with a ceasar wrap with the maple sweet potatoes and i cant wait to come back and be a regular
I don't understand the bad reviews, this place is awesome and always great service! Awesome service awesome food!!
Very worst experience whenever i go to this place, they don't know how to take the order properly so careless while taking order also. We didn't get the food which we ordered and when we communicated this to them they refused to reorder my food. Guys stop going to this place. The staff also doesn't know how to behave with customers.
