First we went through the drive through and the lady was very nice. But the coffee we got was kind of burnt-tasting so we returned it. So we went inside and second employee was very nice as well and gave us replacement cups which were both delicious. She also refilled my daughter's milk for no charge. Great customer service. Will definitely go back to this location again. View all feedback.
We initially visited the drive-thru, where the staff member was very kind. However, the coffee we received had a burnt taste, so we decided to return it. When we went inside, the second employee was just as pleasant and provided us with replacement cups that were both delicious. She even refilled my daughter's milk for free. The customer service was excellent, and we will definitely return to this location in the future.
I can confidently say that this Starbucks consistently delivers perfect drinks and food! I've visited this location more than 100 times over the years and have never had a negative experience. The staff is always friendly and genuinely cares about their customers. Keep up the excellent work, team! And don't forget to tip these wonderful people if you can! God bless!
The staff is friendly, the restrooms are clean, and the service is fast. They always provide me with coffee grounds for my garden.
