It may sound surprising since this place is in a mall, and sushi enthusiasts like us would normally be skeptical. However, Simon's Sushi is hands down the most authentic and delicious sushi we've discovered in Austin so far. The staff is consistently friendly, and there's one guy who seems to be there every time we visit who truly knows how to make a fantastic roll! If you're looking for a great meal at reasonable prices, this is the place to go!
