This is my favorite spot for Vietnamese cuisine in Cedar Park. The food is always fresh, flavorful, and healthy. I typically go for the vermicelli bowl with grilled shrimp, tofu, or an egg roll as a special treat. It's delicious, light, and won't ruin your diet. View all feedback.
What M M Roth doesn't like about Pho Thanh Nhi:
The food at this restaurant is subpar, with old ingredients and a pho that tastes like soap. The owners boasted about their staff working for low wages, comparing them to slaves. Not only is the food disappointing, but the owners' behavior is cruel. The service was unpleasant, with staff visibly fearful of the owner. The atmosphere was toxic and depressing. I would not recommend this place. View all feedback.
The rice and vermicelli dishes at this restaurant are disappointing. I ordered the pork chop rice and the meat was tough and tasted stale. It seemed like the restaurant served me leftover cuts of meat that they couldn't sell from previous days.

Good food with a good price. Service is good and quick. My wife loves the vermicelli bowls here.
Delicious. I have liked everything I've tried so far. Their Barbecue pork fried rice is a bit Addictive for me, and I also like the grilled pork Bahn mi and the chicken broth soups with clear noodles. I'll note it's a bit pricey to add extra meats/tofu to a dish. I'm looking forward to trying the spring rolls and vermicelli bowls.
