They were quick and kind, however, I ordered the strawberry milkshake drink and all you taste is pure banana. Not one ounce of strawberry or milkshake flavor of any kind. It's great if you are a banana lover. View all feedback.

Edit: customer service was really nice and friendly at helping you resolve my issue. They give me a $10 compensation and I?m really satisfied highly recommend. Really terrible protein smoothies. The staff placed pecans in my order despite me emphasizing how allergic I am and then refused to give me a replacement or refund and claimed it was just the Blue magic. However I will say the vegan burritos are really good. I would just stick to the food and avoid the smoothies.
Order online...get text saying its done. I walk in ask for my drink only to have the employee make me wait 5 minutes when its literally 2 steps away from him. Im a regular so this is disappointing. 1st time I've seen this guy at this location.

I enjoy the smoothies as a treat from time to time. I went in for my birthday drink and realized at check out it had expired. I think the window to use is less than 2 weeks which was a bummer and they did nothing about it at the counter. I really do expect better customer service from such an expensive establishment. I paid $14 including tip for a large smoothie with no extra add-ins. I will definitely be skipping Juice Land because of the cost and the poor customer service that I have experienced repeatedly there. I simply don't feel welcomed but rushed and almost a burden.
