What Ole Koelpin doesn't like about Ecuadorian Chocolate Factory:
When I went to the restaurant next door, I observed that the staff were more focused on chatting with each other than attending to customers. The cashier and owner were engaged in a conversation, ignoring me and another customer. Despite the lack of good customer service, the chocolate they had on display looked appealing, even though I decided not to try it. View all feedback. I recently discovered this delightful little chocolate shop! I highly recommend their homemade chocolates, as they are incredibly smooth and the flavors are all delicious. The owner is very kind and knowledgeable about his craft. We will definitely be returning for both personal treats and gifts. View all feedback.
