I just wonder how the Chinese eat with chopsticks, it's so uncomfortable. I can't understand them as an American, though. The food I order here, of course, I eat with a fork or spoon that I carry with me. View all feedback.
What Veronica G doesn't like about Hunan Wok:
Ordered 3 things (chicken, rice, and soup), which took over 25 minutes to be ready, and they still managed to get the rice wrong. Food tasted awful too and had no flavor. I don't expect much from these chinese takeout restaurants, but the food and service here were one of the worst I've experienced. Thankfully there are plenty of better chinese restaurants in the area to give my business to. Won't be returning here! View all feedback.
Although there's been changes after covid. I understand it's business and just like everything else prices were raised. It's still my favorite Chinese food restaurant. I'm afraid to try others.
Ordered take out for the third time tonight, so now they've earned this review. General tso chicken combo w white rice was amazing. Chicken was crispy. Sauce had good flavor. Wonton soup was really good. Had a little taste of ginger in the wonton. It's worth noting that I've had their steamed dumplings in the past, and they were very good as well. Meaty and flavorful. White rice was the perfect consistency, as I like it on the sticky side. The woman on the phone was very polite, and the delivery came quickly. I've had others in the area but non seem to be as consistent or fairly priced. This place is a win IMHO.
Food was AMAZING. best Chinese I’ve had in years. My boyfriend and I ordered general Tao’s with vegetable fried rice and fried chicken with chicken fried rice. Will definitely come back!!!
Their roasted port and broccoli is fine. Sweet and sour chicken also good. Egg rolls not so good. Best in the area for Chinese food.
The reviews had me curious but phew it was amazing! The service is outstanding, they’re so kind but most importantly the food was fresh and portion sizes were huge!
