The last couple of times I went to this place of customer service was pretty good. The staff were nice and friendly, and of course the food is very delicious. Food: 5/5 View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen:
This place is absolute garbage!! As there is no customer service, which is so always simply rude, Its 10 pm close them around 11pm, first they say them out of all dark meat, but then say a 15 min wait, how to choose who the GM must do better, I had them do, these tendencies, then give the Viennese to you attitude and ruin, so I drove away, hate this place View all feedback.
Order online and do the pickup but not available until you arrived , packed and walk up to the front door! Crab… need to do drive through in long line. The option of pickup should disable if no such service. Bad customer/apps experience.
Food is always good However there is always a reason why the lobby is closed... Line is forever long... just wait to close his neighbor Krispy Kreme... It's about the same kind of service.

Food is excellent but it's drive thru only (Oct 2022)They say they are open but the lobby door is locked shut for over a week. The sign says it's open to online orders, but I ordered online and they still forced me to go back to my car.I'm adding two stars to this review because their spicy chicken sandwich is still the best chicken sandwich I've ever had.
