I really wish I could give this more stars! I had a basic chopped beef dish with mac and cheese. There was a generous portion of chopped beef, but I found it quite dry and ended up needing a lot of barbecue sauce. The mac and cheese is definitely an acquired taste. I was in the mood for traditional mac and cheese, and this version didn't quite satisfy that craving, but it might appeal to someone else’s palate.

I ordered from DoorDash and got banana pudding, ribs, sausage, mac and cheese, and green beans with potatoes and turkey. However, they just sent whatever they felt like. Instead of my order, I received a chicken and brisket plate and a regular pudding. When I called the restaurant, they were unhelpful and refused to issue a refund, saying they were out of the items I ordered. I wouldn't recommend ordering from them at all!

I took the photo after I had already started eating—I just couldn't resist! I ordered rib tips, brisket, and links, accompanied by macaroni and cheese and potato salad. I also tried the chicken salad and peach cobbler. Everything was delicious! Each dish was packed with flavor, even the macaroni and cheese stood out. The spicy chicken salad really lived up to its name—it had a nice kick and a smoky taste. Surprisingly, the rib tips just melted in my mouth. I usually stick to links, brisket, and chicken, but I'm really glad I tried the rib tips. The brisket and links were excellent as well, no doubt about it. And the potato salad? Just as flavorful! After finishing the peach cobbler, I felt completely stuffed. I didn’t think I’d have room left for dessert, but I had to finish it off. There weren’t too many peaches—the ratio of peach to breading was just perfect. I absolutely give this place 5 stars, without a doubt. Lastly, the strawberry lemonade is amazing! It’s so good that I’m torn between ordering the same thing next time or trying a loaded baked potato. I’m sure whatever I choose will be fantastic!

I ordered the two-meat potato for delivery, along with a side of mac and cheese. Everything arrived hot, and it was absolutely delicious. I will definitely be ordering again! Food: 5/5

Phat Girls is one of my favorite places in town. The food is consistently hot, fresh, and, most importantly, incredibly delicious. It's truly a hidden gem, and definitely worth the wait. The "man-man potato" is a gigantic potato topped with chopped brisket and generously covered in mac and cheese. Food: 5/5.
