Mija Barbecue - Cedar Hill

First time trying their Elote and it was SO good. Definitely recommend trying it. I have yet to try their other plates!

So, i?ve been waiting to try this place for a good bit and it did not disappoint!! if you like spice and delicious bbq then this is for you.

Don't walk. RUN to Mija BBQ The pork belly burnt ends are like butter! My husband and I love good BBQ.. the burnt ends are top notch... and the birria tacos are the best I've ever had. We don't even like beer... but we tried it at Ash Ember.. and it wasso good! We had several samples and bought a light beer... very good!.. we talked about that food all weekend and all week tilthey opened again!

We visited for the Octoberfest celebration special. The food (bratwurst and potato salad ???? was excellent ???? and made a perfect pairing for the Octoberfest beer.

My husband and I have come to know this place as Ash and Ember Brewing. We have not had the opportunity to partake in the Food, but we have tried their Brewed In House Beers. Although my husband is a Beer Connoisseur, I 'm not much of a beerdrinker. There was one beer in particular that I enjoyed. It was called Tenon Tripel . This place is definitely a Diamond inthe Rough ???? Hidden in Cedar Hill.
