I've learned that the big chains don't actually prepare their donuts from scratch; they just use pre-made dough shipped in from large factories and bake it upon delivery. This place may not look fancy, but they stick to their own recipe and bake everything fresh! The classic glazed donut—and even the others—still taste great the next day. Unlike the donuts from places like HEB, they don't dry out.
