What User doesn't like about Cicis Pizza:
One starring because of their labor practices. They expect new employees to work basically for free (they offered to compensate in large pizzas) for 3 hour shifts until they're sure they like them. If you care about fair labor practices this is a spot toavoid like the plague View all feedback.
Submitted an online order and when I received my confirmation email it said it would be ready by 1:17. I arrive the manager said my order was late due to the system being slow but that it would take an additional 15 minutes for my order to be ready. It's been 30 minutes already waiting in the lobby and still no food. Avoid this location. Not worth the wait.
Great and friendly customer service! Pizza fresh and easy every 5 minutes!
I took my children to this place in the afternoon on a weekday and the dining area was dirty! All tables were dirty and the floors were dirty with napkins and food. I had to get a towel from the bus pan to wipe my own table. There were no employees in the dining area and the manager was casual walking over the kitchen, and he would regularly look over the dining area without care and care for the state of the restaurant. If my children had not passed on pizza, I would have requested a refund and left this unempte facility. This place must be overhauled with new management and workers!
HOURS OF OPERATION NEEDS TO BE EDITED!!!? OR AT LEAST POSTED ON THE STORE!!!? Walked into this location at 8:50 p.m. (Not knowing buffet closed at 9) with my family of 5. We order buffet for 2 adults 3 kids, no one says anything about them closing at 9p.m. We pay $38+ thinking we have about an hr. (Bc 10 p.m. is posted everywhere ONLINE) Absolutely not! If we would have bn aware of them closing. Common sense, I would have saved $10/15 and ordered MORE AND FRESH PIZZA. What looked like the manager refused to make us a fresh pizza! Told me that I had to go to front counter to ORDER/PAY for pizza TO-Go.
My little big guy? chose CiCi for our lunch trip? ... I tried to suggest another restaurant, but my big ones wanted Cicis Brownies... I've never been a CiCi fan and only went so much in recent years to appease my children.. Now that I have big ones, I'll give on and put on one? ... This (Cedar Hill, Texas CiCi's Pizza) location was clean and organized... had a very fresh salad bar... clean plates and utensils... manipulable staff... reasonable price for small playground for children.... Overall, it was a nice experience my grand? had a great time... that really counts.
