Food was fine, service was slow. My biggest problem was the woman working the assembly line was miserable, making it apparent that she hates her job. We were able to sit down and eat our meal but her poor attitude made the ordering process uncomfortable. Bless her heart, she just needs to find a purpose in life. I have never seen so many people doing nothing.. 2 people out of 8 working. The others.. I have never seen such a huge lack of wanting to work in my life! Been watching a guy in the back listening to music making guac for 20 min. Lol him and his buddy back there listening to music having a good time. Manager working now may 7 1230 needs to be fired. They aren’t doing s t. Not helping the line. Customers are backed up out the door.... this use to be a great location. Won’t come back. Just like the Waxahachie location. Tables dirty af.. lemonade ?? What a total s t show! Edit- still a sloppy a s t show going on in here. Last time I will ever come here.. how is upper management ok with this?!?

I am giving this restaurant a one-star rating. My friends and I arrived at 9:41 PM, ready to place our dinner orders. However, we were informed that they were only serving what was already on display. I expressed my disbelief, suggesting that they could open fresh inventory for just an additional 15 minutes of service, but this idea was clearly off the table, which was quite disappointing. If Chipotle is concerned about wasting just two pints of food each night, then whoever made that decision is misguided; the potential revenue from those orders would have been a much wiser choice. Alternatively, they could consider keeping smaller quantities or half-container items in stock to better serve their customers. It’s all about supply and demand. Come on, executives—you need to do better.
I understand that a large catering order came in, but there should be enough employees to handle busy times like the opening, lunch rush, and closing. Chipotle receives a lot of customers, so there should be sufficient staff to accommodate the demand. I was also overcharged, but I didn't complain at the time because I planned on writing this review. The lack of customer service was disappointing. The store hygiene was also lacking, with food scattered around and unkempt bathrooms. The chips I received were dry and salty, making it hard to enjoy them. This overwhelming experience is why I don't usually go to Chipotle. I arrived at 10:33 when the store opens at 10:45, so that was my mistake. However, once it was 10:50 and the staff were already inside preparing, I had to wait until 10:52 for my food to be started, and then another 5-7 minutes for them to add a till. This was frustrating, especially considering I still paid for my meal.
