Chapps Burgers (cedar Hill)

Today, I returned to place an order and redeem the replacement. I spoke with the management, but they suddenly seemed to have forgotten our previous conversation. I provided my name and number again and explained the situation, but they insisted they needed to take my details and find my original ticket. When I mentioned that they had already done that, I inquired about their policy. To my surprise, they claimed to have been in business for 40 years without any issues, essentially refusing to honor their promise of a replacement. This experience is incredibly frustrating, and I can’t justify making any more purchases there. While I enjoy their food, the level of service I received is unacceptable. In the grand scheme of things, replacing a burger shouldn’t be such a significant problem!

I suspect they double fry their French fries, which were absolutely amazing! I highly recommend giving this place a shot! Here’s my Uber Eats order breakdown: - 1 Bacon cheeseburger (with Swiss cheese, grilled onions, mushrooms, and Blue cheese) - $12.77 - 1 Bacon cheeseburger - $10.53 - 1 Classic seasoned fries - $2.79 - 1 Cajun fries - $3.29 - Uber Eats fees and tip - $23.49 (I definitely suggest picking it up yourself) Total: $52.87 I did take off one star for the delivery fees.

I want to begin by saying that the food here is consistently excellent. I've never had any problems with the quality of my orders. However, the owner really needs to improve his customer service skills. Each time I've interacted with him, it has been a challenging experience. He’s quite reluctant to accommodate requests for condiments like ketchup or ranch. If there’s an extra charge, just let me know without making me feel bad for asking. He doesn’t create a welcoming atmosphere, and this has happened multiple times. Because of this, I won’t be returning.

I love reading the reviews AFTER I eat at a joint. My burger was delicious. Got me sitting here with the giggles. Loved it all the way down to the brown paper bag that had me missing home (Chgo). Got the sweet potato fries, yummy! Trying to think when Ican come back and not be a fatty LOL.

I order a veggie burger from here two times I also ordered cheese fries I didn't like them very much but then the next day I ordered Cajun fries the were so much better the burger great no compliance about it . But the fries can use a little bitimprovement
