Unfortunately, they didn't have enough chocolate for a shake, nor did they have Oreo ice cream. I opted for the chocolate chip cookie dough instead, thinking it would be a safe choice. I was mistaken. The taste was sour, and I honestly wish I could give it zero stars. On the bright side, the young man at the register provided excellent customer service and was very apologetic about the situation.

T... read more Came at 9:30p and most of the lights were off and it appeared to be closed. Once we parked and stared in, the lights came on. Employees seemed ready to leave. They said they didn't have fresh coffee and were out of most things. Somehow everything we ordered, they had, so maybe they just wanted us to leave before ordering? To get fresh coffee we had to order a more expensive drink in order for them to brew an espresso. Her shoulders dropped when we ordered a more complicated drink. Didn't feel welcome.
