She didn't listen and she didn't thank us for our business. If I had to deal with her daily I'd stop coming to the store.

They became defensive when I asked them to repeat what they had said, and overall, their customer service was quite poor. It had been a long time since my last visit to this location, and now I understand why. I recommend spending your money at one of the Waterloo locations instead of Cedar Falls.

The fries were cold, but we waited at the drive through for about 15 minutes, so they had time to make them fresh. When we got to our hotel, we realized we had been given the wrong drink, and no silverware or toppings for the salad. The salad was also missing the cheese. The service was very slow, and we were the only customers. The cashier was not very friendly.
