Visited by Quad Cities, we were thrilled to try a recommended pizzeria in downtown Cedar Falls. It was a Friday night and things started well with quick seating and friendly service. However, it took over 45 minutes to get our food that was larger than expected. The pizzas were good, but a little expensive for thin crust in my opinion. I'd come back, but I had better. The pizza is good, but tonight our pizza was cold, we never got our salad, and when she asked the waiter about it, she said that the salad maker threw it out to ask about it, they are always slow, visibly dirty, and the women bathroom washbasin had no running water today. Always loves a big Tony's pizza. Great prices. You'll only sell pizza after 9.
The surroundings of the restaurant were fantastic. Very lively and plenty of space. The terrace Outback was super cool and overall I loved the decor. I understand that on a Friday night service will be a little back. The restaurant and the bar weren't even full, so maybe it's a staff problem, but I ordered a pizza and was told wait one hour and showed up 70 minutes later just wait another 30 minutes. Of course I wasn't very happy. I visited the weekend of the Quad Cities and was told by many locals to check this pizza place. I was unfortunately disappointed by the quality of pizza against the price of pizza. For $30, I would expect a ghost flowering pizza not to be satisfied with how overcooked the pizza was and overall nothing amazing for $30. With all this the service was not so great, but the people were very friendly and respectable and always to check if I needed something while I continued to wait. Many of them are cumbersome, but my one and only experience was not as I would like, nor was the quality of food. We ordered the Amy's special, which is attached to my photos. To repeat, woman and I traveled all over the attempt new food and I was not impressed by the crust or sauce or the ingredients or total pizza in general. I just want to give second chances.
Jake solved my family and me without problems. Great customer service in terms of handling situations. The pizza was okay.

The two stars is for the delivery because the pizza was super cold and no dressing came with the salad. There was also mold on my tomato in my salad.
