Panera Bread - Cedar Falls
Panera Bread
Description
A popular, casual spot for socializing and light meals, this bakery-café balances busy, efficient service with a relaxed off-peak vibe. Guests praise friendly, attentive staff, quick orders, tasty flatbreads, soups and tempting pastries — perfect for walkers, bikers and small celebrations. Some ingredient inconsistencies (notably tomatoes) and occasional staff attitude or supply issues dim the experience for a few. Amenities include fountain drinks and takeout; note parking access needs repair. Overall, dependable, flavorful fare with a warm, communal atmosphere.

Ordered to go food couldn't get a baguette. Was told they didn't have any, but i could clearly see they did behind the counter. That's one of the reasons i love Panera, the bread! Very disappointed.
I've always loved Panera bread. One of my fave places! The girl who I ordered my food from was very nice and super friendly! I can't remember her name. Before I left I ordered some pastries and it was a different girl this time that I ordered from, she was completely rude. She had an attitude the whole time she talked to me, I felt like she was rushing me completely, and another co worker had asked her a question, and I was shocked to how rude she answered because he asked very politely. I was very unpleased honestly disgusted at her attitude. I can't remember her name either. I understand people get stressed and what not at work, but do not take it out on your customers. Other than that, the food was great the girl I ordered from the first time was so nice!
The delivery team was AWESOME! Even a free cookie with my meal! Perfect on a cold day. Thanks panra CF for the start
We ordered the tomato soup, tuna sandwich, Thai chick soup, Flatbread pizza, and a few pastries. The tomatoes are not the best as they are squishy. Baguettes are one of my favorite breads. Everything else was great.
