They were sweet even though they lacked... read more While the atmosphere was nice, I don’t hold the bartenders responsible; it’s really a reflection of whoever hired them. They were sweet even though they lacked experience. The most frustrating part of the evening was that I accidentally left my card behind without closing my tab. I planned to return the next day, but as soon as I arrived (just after they opened at 9), I noticed several unauthorized charges on my card from places I’ve never even been, like Via Sophia on University. I ended up spending two hours on the phone with the fraud department to get them reversed and had to cancel my card. Thankfully, I wasn't charged for the drinks from the night before. To top it off, I messaged the "owner" about the situation and was left on read. Overall, I won't be returning—I'd much rather go to Roxy's.
