We try to visit Lark Brewing once or twice a month they have new specials every single week. My favorite beer is here: Berry Potter and the Deathly Mallows. The Brussels sprouts. The cauliflower wings. I could go on and on. And not to be forgotten, they have a great atmosphere for me to bring my daughter; there’s even a kid’s toy corner, which makes us comfortable enough to be ourselves. If you’re a parent, you under... What Naomi C doesn't like about Lark Brewing:
Welp, I gave Lark another try last night because I really want to like this place. I ordered the calamari special as an appetizer and shrimp andouille sausage tacos. The tacos were possibly the worst I have ever had. Greesy soggy corn tortilla, overcooked tiny shrimp, dried out and overcooked sausage slices...the sauce was bad, no garnish hardly at all.. just not good. The calamari were over breaded, over seasoned an... View all feedback.
Step outside of your comfort zone and order the PB JJ burger. A sweet jalapeño jelly with peanut butter on a burger! You 'll never look back! I hope they keep this on the menu forever! The staff is attentive and friendly. I always have a great time here. Highly recommend the sour beers if you aren 't a typical beer drinker, like me. The Berry Potter series won 't disappoint. Must stop into this brewery! Total gem.
Great food and beer, service is also fun and friendly. Definitely a top 5 place to eat and drink.
Very impressive for a brewery to have multiple GF options and allergen precautions
Love the atmosphere. Great menu with plenty of options to choose from. Weekend brunch available. Grimlet was very tasty and refreshing. Cauliflower wings in regular buffalo sauce were soooo yummy! Steak Carne Asada street tacos/burrito were amazing. Our server was fantastic too. Super excited to make Lark a regular go to place.
Wings and fries were good though the sauce was obviously cold/not heated when applied to wings. Inside of the wings was warmer than outside. Beer was okay not theirs though. Margarita was dreadful. The fish portion of the fish and chips was absolutely cooked to hell. The batter was decent, but the fish itself was incomprehensibly chewy a fork couldn't even cut through, had to rip it apart by hand. I'd come back for the wings and beer, due to the 50c wing Mondays... but I'd heavily advise against the fish and chips. I'd also note that when I entered, it took a solid 5 minutes to even see a staff member. I get staffing issues, but that was kind of weird to walk around for so long at 1:30PM. We almost left when we figured a place unable to staff FOH is probably having more troublesome BOH issues. In hindsight, that might explain the fish...
