However, I rated the service three stars because I had to wait about 15 minutes for my food. From what I could overhear, the cook had prepared my sandwich but mistakenly placed it in the wrong wrapper, so the server ended up putting it in a takeout order for the drive-through. There was a bit of back-and-forth between the server and the cook about the location of my sandwich, which delayed things further. Meanwhile, my curly fries were ready and sitting there, but due to the wait, the server decided to throw them away and bring me a fresh batch, which I appreciated. As for the atmosphere, I gave it two stars mainly due to the cleanliness of the restaurant. The floors were quite sticky, and my shoes actually stuck to them as I walked. They were also very dirty, and the bathroom was in terrible condition, overflowing with trash and grime. I plan to return but hope these issues can be addressed.
