Food is pretty ok. Customer awareness is terrible. On one visit, it was so cold inside we had to go outside to warm up. Second visit was free smoothie day, but false advertising ruined it for my kids and wife. I complained in writing, really wanting them to address the issue. Ive left a 5 star to this same tropical smoothie before. The food is great, but I’ve been stuck in the drive through for well over 30 minutes multiple times. Manager needs to keep more people staffed or something idk.

Waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes, not a good experience
I love tropical smoothie. The food is great, love there smoothies. I use the drive through, the only thing you have to remember is they are not fast. They got new help and the lady at the window was super friendly appoligisized for the wait asked how our day was, knew our order, was efficient.
Great food but I have to wait for a coupon to get a smoothie. Prices are high.
