Papa John's Pizza - Cedar City

I ordered over the phone and had a hard time, the person who understands the order. They weren't very helpful. I picked up this time and it was fine. The cheese sticks were good as usual.

I ordered a small cheese pizza tonight with some added paprika, and I received a call letting me know there would be a delay. However, it didn’t end up taking any longer than expected! The delivery driver was very friendly, as was the person who called (I wish I could remember your name). To my surprise, my small pizza was upgraded to a medium, which was such a nice gesture! I’ve been mainly eating baby food and apples for the past six days, so I hadn’t had much of an appetite. But at 11:00, I suddenly craved a good pizza and definitely didn’t want to go for Dominos. Thank you! Dad! John really surprised me!

I celebrated my birthday on February 7, 2022, and unfortunately, I forgot to add the free dessert when I ordered through the app. However, when I picked up my pizza, I asked if I could still get the free dessert since it was my birthday, and they kindly accommodated my request. I got a cinnamon pull-apart, which only took about 3 minutes to heat up, and it was delicious! Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would definitely go back anytime. I've spent about $1000 on the Papa John's app, and on my birthday, I had around 10 people over for a pizza party at my parents' house.

The Create Your Own Gluten-Free Crust was fantastic! I added extra sauce and requested it to be well done. I really enjoy the crispiness of thin crust pizza.

I ordered online and expected contactless delivery, but the delivery person signed for me at the entrance and handed over the boxes. I got the BBQ chicken pizza and the cinnamon pull-apart dessert, both of which were delicious. The delivery was quite quick, and everything was still warm when it arrived. The pizza crust was fantastic! I'm very satisfied with the quality of my order and found the online ordering process to be straightforward.
