Panda Express - Cedar City

Eating was on camp and piping hot fresh fast service with a smile. they need to rationalize the lucky cookies, but in a group of 6 meal times we were given only 1.

Fresh vegetables, crunchy and done, and meat, tender and a good amount. every part of a well prepared lunch?

This is a good Panda Express. Despite being officially closed, they took our orders for the food they had left. The black pepper chicken was good, as was the chow mein and fried rice. Thanks guys!

Food was ok as always but the customer service I received from the manager (Steven) was just very poor. I really like that always Panda Express serves pretty abundantly but NOT Steven…He served my plate pretty poorly and when asked him to please put more he started saying in a very “bossy” way that one scooped was the standard serving and I told him that money was not the issue and just for him to start defending his poorly serving and arguing with a customer was not the proper way to provide customer service. Please someone from upper management talk to Kevin and explain that that’s no the way to treat and argue with a loyal 20 year customer!!

My server was quite rude. I also got a plate with two entrees of orange and this was the portion size. I was a little upset with the service today.
