Palette Bakery Ice Cream Parlor

As a SUU student I am always looking for good places to take girls out on dates, and this is one of my favorite places. Every time I go its not to busy, and the food is wonderful. It is newly remodeled so it has a cozy feel!

Remodel is done. They offer ice cream, cupcakes, mini tarts/pies/cheesecakes, and even have daily soup options if you want to make it more than a dessert trip. Indoor and outdoor seating. Back inside wall has shelves with products from local vendors/articisans.

Delicious ice cream. Unique flavors. The lavender is fantastic. The bakery items are beautiful- I’m not sure when I’ll skip the ice cream to try them though.

We love the Deep Dish Cookie from Palette bakery. Iron Mountain Plumbing has ordered several large catering orders for different events, and everything has been phenomenal.

This place is great! They have a variety of tasty desserts and ice cream. The ambience is great and they’re open late (at least on weekends). But the staff is the best part. We stopped by after seeing a heavier play at the Shakespeare festival, and the staff members who helped us were absolutely delightful and cheered us right up. Highly recommend!
