They have a single employee running the register and preparing all pick up orders. They don't prep the online orders at all until you get there and talk to them. The single employee then gets it ready. If there is more than a single customer in the store things get congested quick since you have to wait while the one person preps every single order as people walk in. Super yummy!! Love that switch out the flavors can’t ever get bored that way
