Chili's - Cedar City

The food was really good and delicious. I ordered a martini that needed to be mixed, as the first image was layered and pretty while the second image was mixed. My husband ordered a drink that reminded me of a mojito. He ordered a salad with a really spicy sauce, which he enjoyed as he likes spicy food. I had the BBQ Burger, which was also delicious. I appreciated that they had a good children's menu and our child enjoyed it as well. There were several young families when we left. We arrived at 6:30 pm and it was very quiet, but by the time we left at 5:30 pm, there were more people. The service was good and the bathroom was clean.

The food was excellent. I really enjoyed the waffle with ham. I would eat the walls themselves if they were served, they are that good. It's a shame they don't offer them. I always tip at least 20% for great service.

I have to say I was really surprised how good my experience was. first I ordered a bacon, avocado chicken sandwich with a side of French fries. I called into my order. they said it was about 15 to 20 minutes, which is quite typical. but since I had activated my location/SMS messages. they have written a link to tap the payment options. I did that too. I paid with a gift card. the option was easy to see and easy to use. then I did that it was only about 5 minutes and my pickup to go order was met.

The customer service was excellent at this restaurant. Our waiter was attentive and made sure our drinks and chips were always filled without constantly interrupting us. We ordered loaded potatoes with bacon without cheese and chives, but it came out cold. The server quickly replaced it with a steaming hot one, allowing me to enjoy my meal. My daughter ordered the same dish with cheese and bacon, and hers was served at the perfect temperature. My husband ordered the waffle with chicken and jalapeños, which he described as very flavorful. The portion sizes were generous, making it difficult to finish in one sitting. Overall, we had a positive experience at this restaurant.

Nice service from the host and waiter. We went there for dinner. Restaurant was little messy (floor dirty). We ordered chicken wings and the food was good. What I didn’t like is the quality of the coffe. First it was cold, second the taste. When I asked for a fresh cup of coffee the waiter said that their coffe was not good and they also had issues with the coffee machine. He was nice and removed it from our bill. They are lacking on something basic GOOD COFFEE.
