The Cove At Riverside Campground Extended Stay Rooms Smorgasbord

The Cove is a great restaurant, although it may be a bit hidden and away from the main road. The waitstaff is always friendly and attentive, and I have never had any issues with my food during the multiple times I have dined there. I highly recommend trying the fried mushrooms, as well as their delicious selection of cakes and pies. The Cove is usually not very crowded, so there is typically no wait time for a table. However, this does not reflect the quality of the food.

What a marvelously delicious place to eat. Country cooking at its finest, I had a chopped steak with onions and it was so yummy with the mashed potatoes and gravy. I also had an appetizer of fried corn nuggets and my oh my they were tasty. They had karaoke in the restaurant on the Thursday night I was there stayed at their hotel there and it was so much fun, the community comes out and it's like a family atmosphere. Go check it out, family owned and operated and so friendly

Always great service and delicious food. I'm fond of the chicken salad for a light summer time meal. Don't forget the homemade desserts!

Good service. Disappointed in Sunday meal. Ordered chicken and dressing . Weird meal. It was two scoops of dressing with cranberry sauce. I was told chicken was mixed in with the dressing but I could find no chicken. Weird. Shrimp appetizer was good. Side salad was good. Dinner mate ordered 6 oz ribeye fair.

Just had the best shrimp and fish. What made it so good, it was fresh and the shrimp wasn't over cooked.
