I came to this subway almost 2 weeks ago to get a meatball sub and well, they didn't have any meatballs... So I come back to the same subway almost 2 weeks later to get a meatball sub and they STILL don't have any meatballs but they will be here in 30 mins! Lol its took them almost 2 weeks to order meatballs... Geez.! ??
Concerned, I asked her if she shouldn't be wearing gloves while handling food. She responded defensively, saying the oven wasn't working and, as a result, she wouldn’t be able to heat them. She seemed quite offended by my question and essentially refused to sell me the Charros. Given her unsanitary handling, I informed her that I no longer wanted them anyway. In today's world, maintaining proper hygiene is crucial, and restaurants like Subway should not be contributing to the spread of germs.
This Subway is the best one I've been to! The staff is very polite, the service is excellent, and the food is great. I absolutely love it!
I had the worst experience at this restaurant. I placed an online order that was supposed to be ready in 20 minutes, but when I arrived after 30 minutes, my order still wasn't finished. It took an additional 15 minutes for them to finally get the subs ready. Unfortunately, both subs were incorrect, and the bread was terrible. I even brought them back, and they tried to remake them incorrectly again. On top of that, they were out of garlic sauce, even though I ordered a garlic sub, making it all feel pointless. The employees definitely need more training. This was just ridiculous.
