A delightful evening at Hostaria La Cantinella, a historic restaurant over a century old that upholds Ciociarian traditions. The atmosphere is very welcoming, and the fireplace added to its charm. Dinner was a true delight. We began with an appetizer of Ciociarian products, among which La Marzolina, a dried ricotta preserved in oil with herbs, stood out. The main courses were excellent: buffalo stew and lamb with tomato sauce! The French fries and fantastic Ciociarian bricholetti were delicious. And to finish... the house tiramisu and wine donuts accompanied by the typical Ciociarian liqueur La Rattafia, made with sour cherries! The owner and the lady serving were very kind, and they happily accompanied the evening a place definitely worth a visit!
Beautiful, historic venue run by people who are priceless in every way. Delicious, top-quality food (10+ , excellent service, and a selection of high-quality local cuisine. Gianpiero and Marisa are wonderful hosts and people I'm very happy to have met.
A unique location that feels like home. The welcome and hospitality are truly wonderful, and the food is incredible! We'll definitely be back!
