Yakimix - Cebu City

Yakimix in Cebu City offers a fantastic Asian buffet with Korean, Japanese, and Chinese cuisine. The food is delicious and well-seasoned, and the spacious and comfortable dining area makes for a great dining experience. While the desserts may not be the best I've had, there are plenty of other restaurants and buffets that offer superior desserts. Overall, I enjoyed my experience at Yakimix and would happily return.

In December 2018, I visited Yakimix for the first time, even though I live nearby and it's just a short walk from my house. I was accompanied by five coworkers, as we were treated to a meal by my American senior manager. We arrived at 1 o'clock without a reservation, as there were still many available tables. When we entered the buffet area, some dishes were already running out and I didn't see them being replenished. However, since there were still plenty of options, I didn't mind. I particularly enjoyed grilling my own food and was impressed by the sushi and other Japanese dishes. The staff wasn't very attentive, but they still provided what we needed, albeit with some waiting time. The taste of the food was decent, but not extraordinary. Overall, we left full and satisfied with our experience.
