Jollibee - Cebu City

I've been here a few times, and they actually have two locations: one at the ground level and the other on the third floor near the cinemas. The atmosphere is very lively and busy, filled with people. I’m not sure why it’s always so crowded, but it seems that Filipinos enjoy dining in places with a lot of visitors. Despite the hustle and bustle, the staff are friendly.

It's easy to give this restaurant a 5-star rating, but I settled on 4 stars instead due to the slow service. The long wait times can be quite discouraging, so I hope they can improve the pace!
