La localidad sevillana de Cazalla de la Sierra cuenta con la presencia del delicioso restaurante Mesón del Moro. Este goza de una excelente ubicación en pleno acceso a la ciudad y ofrece una de las cocinas mas tradicionales con platos bien elaborados utilizando productos nobles en su gran mayoría orgánicos.

La cocina de Julia y Lucía hizo que nuestra visita a Cazalla fuera perfecta. La cola de toro deshuesada, el pato salvaje con naranja o las berenjenas con miel... mmmm. Aunque desde la calle parezca pequeño, nos sentaron en la terraza del hotel que daba a un jardín maravilloso, la antesala del paraíso. Las fotos compartidas por otro usuario son de un Mesón que está muy cerca pero no tiene nada que ver. Creo que el error está en que se llama Mesón del Moro, mientras que el restaurante está en el Hotel POSADA del Moro. ¡No se lo pierdan!
Durante nuestra ruta GS 2012 por el interior de España, al regresar a Sevilla a través de Extremadura, Castuera y Sierra Morena, hicimos una parada para comer en este mesón en Cazalla de la Sierra, cerca del parque. En su restaurante con aire acondicionado, pudimos recargar energías con unas cervezas y varios platos de su especialidad (ibéricos, carnes y ensaladas) recomendados por Manolo, el maître. Su excelente servicio hace que lo recordemos con gratitud.
