Although not vegetarian, bugio eco is one of my favorite restaurants in caxias do sul. the reason for this is the origin of the ingredients (all organic) and the excellent preparation of the dishes, and also because the youngs it super veg-friendly. I had four times a day and the buffet (for which I paid r$ 25.00 for the All-you-can-eat) was mostly vegetarian, except for the fish meat and a homemade cheese. I am vegetarian, but I am sure that a vegan can have a good time and can enjoy a very well prepared meal there. eating is really delicious and you can really taste the fresh of the ingredients used. it is also beautiful that they offer many flavors and sauces for the hot dishes and for the salat. flaw eco is known for its pizzas served in the evening. they are really delicious! there are some suggestions of pizzas and also some beer to harmonize with them, but I don't want to miss the ingredients from a large board they have on the wall to get some fun. they also have suppening, sandwiches and such things. next to eating the whole place is very nice. if you want to burn the calorie from what has just eaten or needs some food after workout, there is a climbing wall at the same place. the music they have there is generally good and the staff is friendly and attentive. In short, I recommend the place. it is only a pity that it is not a vegetarian restaurant in the future.

To quem gosta pizza boa e uma adventure no mesmo place or Bugio Ecco é esse lugar. Além de otimas pizzas tem um espaço para quem tiver coragem de se adventurer nas escaladas that or local provides. About as pizzas we glue uma out and uma twelve. Apartda você pode fazer da maneira que prefere com opções de escolher dois types de massa e mais five ingredients que possui no carápio. We opt for uma pizza sem meat and scolhemos clots, queijos and molhos. Já to twelve possui três types podendo escolher qual massa escolher. As duas pizzas eram otimas massa crocante e muito flavorosa.

Pizzas boas and differentiated. Massa de pão de queijo achei quite interesting. Or environment could be melhor organized na minha opinião.
