I agree with JD Mitch's recent review. Avonlea Village can be likened to a food court with many places in PEI capitalizing on the Anne of Green Gables theme. The $12 price for a potato was unreasonable considering the portion size and quality. After a mix-up with the staff, we finally received our potatoes in styrofoam containers with plastic utensils. If you're looking for a great place to get a great baked potato, then you have found the right place with red Island baked potato. Not only is the food delicious, but the owner is right there behind the counter serving you and talking to you and she is fantastic. If you get a chance to go to Prince Edward Island this is a definite stop. Your mouth will thank you. View all feedback.
