We waited 50 minutes for two sandwiches, which ended up being quite disappointing. Interestingly, a couple seated next to us received their order only 10 minutes after sitting down, despite arriving 30 minutes after us. The manager did not come to our table at all, and while they offered a 10% discount, no one took the time to apologize for the lengthy wait. The customer service here leaves much to be desired. I strongly advise against dining at Cave Spring.

While the service can be hit or miss, the food consistently impresses, and the serene environment is perfect for unwinding. I'm really glad we decided to stop here—the food was excellent, and the service had that warm Southern hospitality. I'd definitely dine here again. The dining room isn’t fancy, but honestly, that doesn’t matter at all.
