This place was so so busy when I went. I still got great customer service but was unable to sit on the patio like I hoped. Next time! I took pictures of the menu because I had time while waiting on my guest to arrive but once she was there I put my phone away. I had the special of fish tacos and it was pretty good! My friend had enchiladas and said they were great! View all feedback.

Fantastic cocktails and a quiet relaxed atmosphere. Just wish my tequila drink wasn't served in a ceramic dog dish. Also my taco salad shell was ice cold when served, should be hot and fresh from fryer. View all feedback.
Really great little place offers fantastic Fajitas!!! I have eaten there several times the service is fantastic and the food is absolutely delicious!
Hostess and Food Server were very friendly, food was served quickly, nice and hot and well. I like the coffee. Not too strong, not too weak.
We were pleasantly surprised to find such a jewel in Cave Junction as Carlos Restaurante. The ambience, food and service were excellent. As a Mexican we are critical to Mexican restaurants and their authenticity, but Carlos has not disappointed. Our whole family enjoyed themselves. Thank you.
Bland Mexican Food? Bleah! Nothing has much taste no spiciness in any dish I?ve tried there. The bar is okay, but that's not enough to get me back there. Are you going to Eduardo? Much better!
I got the steak fajitas. Delicious, fast and HOT! Margarita on the rocks was just as I like 'em!
