Papa Murphy's Take N' Bake Pizza

Delicious! We consistently order from this restaurant and always have a fantastic dining experience.

I had a major issue with an online order placed on 3/11/2022 at this restaurant. When I went in person to address the problem, I was told the person in charge of refunds was not available. The staff member I spoke to said they would inform the manager, but I never received any follow-up. I called back twice and was referred to the regional manager both times, but I never received a return call. This restaurant is local and caters to local customers, like myself who frequents the establishment 2-3 times a month. I don't understand why a simple callback is proving to be such a challenge. As a disappointed customer, I am seeking a resolution to this valid issue.

I was very disappointed tonight. I ordered a pizza with half green pepper and half sausage, along with extra pepperoni on top. When I picked it up, I noticed something was off. I asked if there was a layer of pepperoni under the cheese, as there were only 15 pieces on the pizza and sausage. The staff member, whose name I didn't catch, assured me that there were more pepperoni underneath. However, when I started to bake it at home, there were only 15 pieces on the pizza. My partner suggested we find a new pizza place. It's unfortunate because I used to enjoy coming here when Shannon owned the restaurant. I had hoped things would improve.

I went to this restaurant that supposedly just opened 45 minutes ago, but when I arrived, they asked me to leave. This isn't the first time I've had a negative experience here. Save yourself the time and avoid this place.

This pizza is really good. ingredients are fresh and tasty and it is convenient to bring a pizza to home and bake when they are ready to eat!
