We had the best experience at the Heart and Soul Cafe yesterday. We had 4 children with us, and they were able to sit in the Bel-Air convertible for their meal. The staff was very attentive to us all, despite the restaurant being quite busy. Everyone was a VIP. The food was delicious, the servers were accommodating, and we can’t wait to come back! Tried to have breakfast there this morning and it was a horrible failure. This is the second time we tried to eat here. The first time was mediocre so we decided to give them a second chance. No service after 30 minutes and had to ask for them to get us drinks after we were ignored for 20 minutes. Other tables that arrived after us were being serviced and also seemed annoyed as well. Pancake was burnt on one side and I ordered eggs medium they were over easy and cool. Food should be hot and not warm. Wendy has good customer service.
Food was good but overpriced. Wait staff very slow.
Parking: Handicap and regular parking is plentiful near the restaurant
