Pizza Hut - Cave City

Great place for dine in or to go!! The app is the quickest way to go when ordering for take out!!

The store was completely nasty. A mildew odor as soon as you walk in. Dirty windows. Dirty walls. Service was HORRIBLE. My cup was dirty. Had to go have it replaced it myself. 2/3 plates were dirty. Had to replace them myself. Had to request silverware and go to the register to ask for it. Waitress never came to see if we needed refills. It was just horrible.

Traveling through this small town, not much but franchise food, and we know Pizza Hut is decent. They don't deliver. What??? So, we ordered a pizza for carry out was told 15 minutes for pickup. Pizza was ready when we got there, and bc the Hut was within spitting distance of our hotel, it was piping hot when we got to our room. Well.....the pizza was a sloppy mess and the hand-tossed dough was practically raw. It was gross. I had a few bites decided to eat some vending candy instead. My husband said it wasn't that bad , but he only ate 2 slices. Enter at your own risk.

This place is flat out terrible. I ordered to pickup. Was there in exactly 20 minutes. I walked across the street. The pizza was cold. I wondered if it was kept from an afternoon buffet. The pizza was like cardboard. No real taste. Just a flat out disaster. The salad bar looked like it was there all day. Never restocked. Dirty. Dressing splashed all over. Until this place gives a damn, you shouldn't even think of giving them your business.

I 'm done with this location! They habitually fail to get detailed orders correct. On my last visit I ordered two pizzas, one with lite sauce, one with extra sauce. When I got home, both pizza 's had light sauce. When I called, the man who answered indicated that they could redo the one pizza or give me a credit for a future replacement, then put me on hold. After a couple of minutes a lady got on the phone and at first acted as if she knew nothing, then revealed that she knew about the issue, but said they couldn 't give me credit without proof and I would have to bring the pizza back to the store. I said I wasn 't bringing it back tonight. She said, Then we can 't do anything. I said, I 'll handle it through the corporate office. She said, Okay! So I hung up pissed, with a pizza I couldn 't eat.
