now they are called under the walnut, but they are always them. the term has made a pizza come to mind. authentic Salento cuisine that really follows seasonality. cook with a proper oil and oo fat if you eat so much you will feel relatively light. the service starts at 8:30 pm but are nice and delicious dishes: what else do you want? A lovely place, with tables arranged under a majestic walnut tree beautifully lit, which gives a magical and familiar atmosphere. Tonia is indisputably the soul of this wonderful trattoria, where food emanates authenticity and goodness. The appetizers, particularly abundant, are a real delight for the palate. The quality of the dishes, the impeccable service and the friendliness of the staff are to be underlined. This place is more than recommended, it is a culinary experience not to be missed.
