On the advice of tA, I followed the directions for this location. The signposted entrance is a side alley, unmarked. As if you step into a backyard passage... Entering the raised floor of the room, you immediately notice that the room which includes two side rooms, has a service and proposal, similar to a NO self-service canteen.
