Journey into nature and fermentation, an experience waiting to be discovered; I'd call it a magical experience at times. The Chef surprises you with every course, showcasing his obsessive attention to detail and bringing out the best in the ingredients. I took the Origini menu and was truly satisfied, even ecstatic!
In terms of flavors, I had a surprising culinary experience. There were several flavors that were carefully thought, prepared, and presented to my tongue gradually. Five stars for the presentation of the dishes by Sara, who does it with great passion. The ambient is also very nice.
I was treated to the wild cuisine experience, where you get to meet the chef, learn about foraging, and his cuisine over a four-course lunch. The morning was very enjoyable and exciting; the chef tells you about nature and the environment around you through different eyes. Being able to step into the kitchen and observe something being prepared isn 't something you get to experience very often. The elaborate lunch was full of surprises, a fitting end to the experience. The atmosphere and setting were very refined.
