We took for my companion and I the gratin of goat in the entrance, wet bread with gratined goat not season at all, accompanied by salad, cabbage and round tomatoes (we are December 23 anyway! Not at all in agreement with the basic idea... In short the dish, my companion chose the cute mesh with herbs (falling well looking and me Cabillaud basil cream (even no taste!!!
