The structure is very good, but the experience is terrible. The waiters are divided between tables and the neighbor may be doing nothing, but they will not serve you at all. The 10% is worth more to serve the customer in a good way. There is a lack of training for waiters, the things that are on the menu are not available in the system. Beer is shocking and hot. Very cozy and quiet, great for taking the family. Only the service deserves to improve a little. They are all kind and polite, but because there are few of them, service takes a while, which is all good.
